New Beginnings Healthcare Services Limited was founded to address a critical gap in health and social care provision. Our founder, Munashe Mhembere, witnessed first hand the harmful impact of underfunded and fragmented care on individuals and families within the community. Too often, care quality was compromised by cost pressures, leading to unsafe practice, workforce strain, and poor outcomes for those most in need.

In response, New Beginnings was established with a clear purpose. To deliver regulated, high quality care that is guided by people’s needs rather than financial constraints. From the outset, the organisation committed to exceeding minimum regulatory standards and to withdrawing from arrangements that undermine safety, dignity, or quality of care.

Today, New Beginnings Healthcare Services Limited is a CQC and Ofsted registered provider delivering homecare, supported living, hospital discharge support, community support, and regulated clinical services across Surrey, Hampshire, and Wiltshire. Our services are grounded in strong clinical governance, evidence based practice, and continuous quality improvement.

We work in partnership with individuals, families, commissioners, local authorities, and NHS services to deliver person centred, strengths based care that supports independence, recovery, and long term wellbeing. Our workforce is carefully recruited, trained, and supported to ensure consistent, safe, and compassionate care delivery.

Our guiding values of patience, respect, and love shape how we work with the people we support and with one another. These values are embedded within our governance, safeguarding practice, workforce development, and quality assurance processes.
