We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Healthcare Assistants to join our care team at New Beginnings Healthcare Services. In this role, you will provide high quality, person centred support to individuals in their own homes or supported living environments, helping them maintain dignity, independence, and wellbeing.
Healthcare Assistants support service users with daily living activities such as personal care, mobility assistance, medication support, and companionship. You will work closely with colleagues, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure care plans are followed and individual needs are met safely and respectfully.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate empathy, reliability, and a strong commitment to delivering safe and effective care. Experience in health or social care is beneficial, though full training and ongoing professional development will be provided to ensure staff meet regulatory and organisational standards.
